Embodied includes hints of Frankincense and Myrrh. Both can aid on an emotional, spiritual, and physical level. They also promote healing of skin diseases such as ringworm, eczema, etc or sooth cracked and chapped skin. They aid with fading scars and other spots and can be used to help stimulate uterine health and improve stomach health and more!

Myrrh is stimulating by nature and thus should be avoided during pregnancy. Oils can also be added to a warm bath, applied to skin directly, or used in aromatherapy.
