Processing Time
Due to our small-batch, made-to-order approach, all products require a processing time of 7–10 business days prior to shipping. This allows us to maintain our high standards of craftsmanship and ensure you receive a freshly made product, free from harsh chemicals, synthetic fragrances, and preservatives.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via standard shipping through a third-party carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Typical delivery times are:

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Millenheirs is not liable for any products lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. However, we are happy to assist you in tracking your package or resolving issues when possible.
Returns Due to Shipping Issues
Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense. Please contact us at info@millenheirs.com for assistance.
Hold Harmless Clause
By placing an order with Millenheirs, you agree to hold Millenheirs LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or losses related to shipping delays, errors, or third-party carrier mishandling. Once your order leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
