At Millenheirs, your satisfaction matters to us. We take pride in handcrafting high-quality, natural products and unique accessories. Please review our policy below to understand your options for cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements.
Order Cancellations
Orders submitted through our website may begin processing immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please email us at info@Millenheirs.com with your order number.
If your order has already shipped, you will need to receive the merchandise before initiating a return or refund request. We are unable to cancel orders after they have been fulfilled and shipped.
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer full refunds once an item has been delivered unless the order was cancelled within the 24-hour window. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a partial refund of 80% of the product price (excluding shipping), subject to the following conditions:

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

Products must be unopened, unused, and unworn.

Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

Worn or used products will not be accepted or refunded.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Holistic or apothecary items (including skincare, oils, and grooming products)

Custom-made or made-to-order products
We will, however, replace any damaged or defective item at no additional cost.
Damaged or Lost Products
We will gladly replace any products that are damaged in transit or lost during shipping. To qualify for a replacement:

Provide proof of damage (clear photo, video, or screenshot)

Return the damaged item (if applicable)
Due to the nature of our unique, handcrafted jewelry and accessories, replacements may be fulfilled with an item of comparable value and style.
We also offer an affordable jewelry repair service. The purchaser is responsible for shipping the damaged item to us. To request this service, please email info@Millenheirs.com.
