Wrestling Toward Wholeness: The Alchemy of Self, the Awakening of a People, and the Frequency of 144,000

In a world where division and spiritual apathy grow as fast as tech and distraction, the mission of Millenheirs and The Alchemist Den is not just a poetic calling—it is a necessary resistance. It is a sacred response to a culture that often rewards disembodiment, glorifies trauma, and forgets the power of divine wholeness. My personal journey—through hardship, transformation, the gym, rebuilding my health, and anchoring businesses rooted in purpose—mirrors what I see as our collective spiritual wrestle. Like Jacob in the night, we too are wrestling, not just with angels or demons, but with the fragments of ourselves that we’ve been told to suppress or hate. We are all fighting to remember who we really are.

The Wrestle: Jacob, Peniel, and the Path of Integration

Jacob’s story in Genesis 32:22–32 is more than biblical history—it is esoteric blueprint. At Peniel (literally translated as "face of God"), Jacob wrestled with a divine being, emerging at dawn with a blessing, a limp, and a new name: Israel. Esoterically, Jacob's struggle is the inner alchemy of transformation.

But what if we looked deeper—through the lens of the chakras, energy healing, astrology, and modern metaphysics? What if we asked not only who Jacob was wrestling, but what?

What if the fight was with himself? With the shadow? With inherited trauma? With his suppressed divine feminine?

#Wrestling with Polarity: #Masculine, #Feminine & the Inner Marriage

We live in a hyper-masculinized society. One that prioritizes force over flow, conquest over compassion, and logic over intuition. The result is collective imbalance—a disconnection from the divine feminine both within and without.

The story of Jacob must be reclaimed not just as a masculine journey of ego death, but as a call to inner marriage: the sacred union of the divine masculine and divine feminine within. When I began my transformation—changing my body in the gym, healing my relationship to food, shifting how I saw success and strength—I began to hear the voice of a long-silenced self. The intuitive, nurturing, wise feminine self. Not weak. Not submissive. But powerful in her stillness, patience, and insight.

The divine feminine is not gendered. She is the current of life that flows through creation, the receptivity that receives divine knowing. She is your capacity to feel deeply, to heal, to transmute pain into art, movement, and medicine.

Without her, our wrestle is incomplete.

The Frequency of 144,000: A Harmonic Allegory

Revelation speaks of 144,000 sealed. But we interpret that number energetically. As a frequency, it symbolizes total alignment of the chakra system—the human spiritual instrument fully attuned to divine source.

Symbolically:

Root (1,000 Hz) – Grounding, safety

Sacral (2,000 Hz) – Creativity, sensuality

Solar Plexus (4,000 Hz) – Will, confidence

Heart (8,000 Hz) – Compassion, connection

Throat (16,000 Hz) – Expression, truth

Third Eye (32,000 Hz) – Vision, inner knowing

Crown (81,000 Hz) – Unity, divine consciousness

Total: 144,000 Hz – the unified frequency of a soul in balance.

"For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of [a]the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places."

In my own life, each chakra has had to be reclaimed. It is my work. After trauma. After shame. After the weight of society's expectations as a melanated afab masculine-presenting being. Millenheirs was born not just from pain, but from the discipline of harmonizing these centers again and again.

The Worldly Sins: Shadow Aspects and Chakra Corruption

To rise in frequency, we must confront the shadows that plague each energy center—the so-called seven deadly sins or worldly ailments:

1. Root – Fear / Greed

   Addiction to survival, hoarding, materialism

2. Sacral – Lust / Guilt

Exploitation of pleasure, detachment from sacred sexuality

3. Solar Plexus – Pride / Shame

   Tyranny of ego, people-pleasing, anger

4. Heart – Envy / Apathy

   Withholding love, jealousy, bitterness

5. Throat – Lying / Silence

   Suppression of truth, self-betrayal

6. Third Eye – Illusion / Arrogance

   Spiritual bypassing, delusion, over-analysis

7. Crown – Disconnection / Spiritual Nihilism

   Hopelessness, loss of faith, nihilism

Each of these must be seen, faced, and transmuted through intention, community, ritual, nutrition, self-discipline, and love.

#Alchemy in Action: Millenheirs, The Alchemist Den & Rhythm & Black

At Millenheirs, we are not just building a brand—we are restoring a legacy. For generations, our people were stripped of their spiritual inheritance. Our food was poisoned. Our bodies demonized. Our intuitions suppressed. Millenheirs exists to reclaim that birthright: through plant medicine, fitness, education, housing, food sovereignty, and economic empowerment.

The Alchemist Den was created as a sacred space for healing—a metaphysical haven where Queer Communities, Communities of Color, feminine/masculine and/or Transgender and Masculine-of-Center beings could remember who they are. Our work is about remembrance.

Reconnection. Recalibration.

And at Rhythm & Black, we serve food that is medicine. Inspired by Dr. Sebi’s alkaline philosophy, we offer plant-based snacks, protein-rich meals, and coffee and tea beverages that energize without robbing the soul. These offerings are not trends. They are technologies of remembrance.

My Journey: Sweat, Discipline, Resurrection

None of this is abstract for me. I wake up daily to a wrestle. In the gym, I push past my comfort zone not to punish my body, but to return to it. To inhabit it. To honor it.

I’m refining my diet, healing my gut, drinking more water, and moving in ways that make me feel alive—not just lean. I wrestle with discipline, old cravings, and even loneliness as I peel back the layers of what “fitness” really means for a Black alchemist on a divine mission.

The War Outside: Political + Spiritual Relevance in 2025

America in June 2025 is an echo chamber of crisis. Climate instability. Economic precarity. Mass disinformation. Rising fascism. In the midst of this, spiritual bypassing runs rampant. People chase quick fixes, aesthetic spirituality, and AI-enhanced rituals with no roots.

But real healing—the kind that returns people to their bodies, their ancestry, their power—is slow, deep, embodied work.

This is the work Millenheirs stands for. This is what we do. For the collective. For the earth. For ourselves.

"We wrestle not against flesh & blood

.." but: Wrestling Is the Way

Jacob became Israel not because he won, but because he would not let go. He refused to release the divine until he saw God face to face, until he ascended, until he was transformed. And so must we. Whether you are a builder, a healer, an artist, or an entrepreneur—your wrestle is holy.

Let the wound humble you. Let the new name elevate you.

And may you find your Peniel—not outside of yourself, but deep within, where masculine meets feminine, shadow meets light, and every chakra hums in perfect harmony at the frequency of 144,000.

This is the time. The mission. The frequency.

We are Millenheirs.

We are divine alchemists in motion.

And our wrestle is how we rise...
