Hibiscus (Tea Time with the Millens)

I added a bit of honey because hibiscus can be a bit tart tasting.

Hibiscus - rich in vitamin c and antioxidants. Also has anti-inflammatory properties. Ginger - aids digestion and also has anti-inflammatory properties.
